Babies are no doubt a welcome blessing in the family. A new addition to the family is most often a cause for celebration. And in every celebration, the tradition of gift giving is always associated with it.
It is in this premise that I am now somehow getting excited to have the best gift I could probably hand in to my friends only daughter. My friends family is pretty excited for the baptism of her only daughter as this is the first time that both families of the couple are having a baby girl. Much to my surprise I am chosen to become one of the godparents.
With this, I am now confronted with so much anxiety and excitement on making sure to have the best baby gift for my friends only daughter. I was toying the idea of buying a pair of cute little shoes for the little angel. But I am also apprehensive I might not be able to have the perfect size for the little girl. Then my other friend suggested I should rather have a baby gift basket instead of having individual item which I can never be sure to fit for the baby.
